We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our account base in the Pittsburgh market. The ideal candidate should possess a dynamic, energetic, and self-starter attitude. Multifamily or Hospitality industry experience preferred. B2B sales experience is a MUST. -Build and develop the assigned territory by calling on existing and prospective customers, including on-site staff at apartment communities as well as key decision makers at property management companies.
-Develop key customer relationships to help facilitate territory growth.
-Proactively network for new customer contacts by regularly attending local association meetings and functions.
-Recognize and communicate local market conditions and competition information to develop overall sales strategy.
-Manage and maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through both consultative and relationship selling techniques.
-Take orders and schedule according to team availability.
-Meet goals/quotas established by the Director of Business Development
-2 years of B2B outside sales experience required.
-Experience in the Multifamily or Hospitality industries preferred.
-Strong communication and interaction skills required.
-Excellent organizational skills required.
-Regularly required to stand, walk, reach.
-Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
